Last updated: January 31, 2026
Welcome to Freedom Assessment. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing our platform, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
2. Description of Service
Freedom Assessment is a professional coaching tool that helps practitioners identify trauma triggers and stress response patterns in their clients. The platform includes:
- An assessment measuring 57 trauma triggers
- Automated PDF report generation
- Practitioner certification training
- Client management dashboard
Important: The Freedom Assessment is a coaching and self-awareness tool, not a clinical diagnostic instrument. It does not diagnose PTSD, Complex PTSD, or any other mental health condition. Clinical diagnosis requires evaluation by a licensed mental health professional.
3. Practitioner Responsibilities
As a certified practitioner, you agree to:
- Complete the certification training before administering assessments
- Operate within your professional scope of practice
- Refer clients to licensed mental health professionals when appropriate
- Maintain your own client records and documentation
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
- Use the assessment only for its intended coaching purposes
4. Data Privacy and Retention
What We Collect
When practitioners create assessments, the following information is collected:
- Client First Name/Identifier: The name or identifier entered by the practitioner (e.g., "John," "Client 2," "Tuesday Group")
- Client Email Address: Used solely to deliver the assessment link and final PDF report
- Assessment Responses: The client's answers to the assessment questions
Automatic Data Deletion
Client email addresses are automatically and permanently deleted from our systems within 24 hours of report delivery. This deletion is automatic and irreversible.
After deletion, we retain only:
- The first name/identifier entered by the practitioner
- Anonymized assessment response data
- Practitioner reference for dashboard display
This data cannot be linked to any individual's identity.
Practitioner Data Responsibilities
Because we do not retain identifying client information, practitioners are responsible for:
- Downloading and securely storing PDF reports for their records
- Maintaining their own client management records
- Complying with all applicable privacy regulations in their jurisdiction
- Informing clients of their own data handling practices
5. Payment and Credits
Assessment credits are purchased through our platform. Credits never expire. Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase for unused credits only.
